2026 세종학당 학습자 대상 콘텐츠 공모전 안내

전 세계 세종학당 학습자를 대상으로 ‘함께 만들어가는 세종학당’을 주제로 한 콘텐츠 공모전을 개최합니다.

세종학당을 대표할 주제곡과 상징물 등을 학습자와 함께 발굴·선정하여 향후 공식 콘텐츠로 활용하고자 하오니, 많은 관심과 참여 바랍니다.

1. 공모 개요

가. 공모명

학습자가 함께 만들어가는 ‘세종학당’

전 세계 세종학당 학습자 개인

다. 공모 부문

※ 아래 부문 중 1개 선택

1) 재단 로고송(Brand Song)

- 한국어 가사를 포함한 30초~60초 이내 창작 음원 및 영상

- 제출 형식: 음원 파일(MP3 또는 WAV), 영상 파일(MP4)

- 한국어 가사 포함 필수

※ 보컬, 연주, AI 생성 등 제작 방식 무관

2) 세종학당 상징물(Logo)

- 세종학당을 상징하는 시각 디자인 창작물

- 제출 형식: 원본 파일(AI) 또는 고해상도 PNG(300dpi 이상, 투명 배경)

- 색상값(CMYK/RGB) 포함 필수

※ 디지털, 수작업, AI 생성 등 제작 방식 무관

3) 재단 마스코트(Mascot)

- 재단 정체성을 반영한 캐릭터 디자인 창작물

- 제출 형식: 원본 파일(AI) 또는 고해상도 PNG(300dpi 이상, 투명 배경)

- 기본형 및 응용 동작 1종 이상 포함

※ 디지털, 수작업, AI 생성 등 제작 방식 무관

2. 참가 혜택

- 최종 수상작 10개 선정

- 수상자에게 ‘2026 우수학습자 국내 초청 연수(2차, 2026.10.27.~11.1.)’ 참여 기회 부여

- 최종 수상작은 세종학당재단 공식 콘텐츠 및 홍보물로 활용될 수 있음

- 한 참가자는 한 개 부문에만 응모할 수 있습니다.

- 모집 부문에 해당하는 작품만 접수하며, 해당하지 않을 경우 심사에서 제외됩니다.

- 제출 자료는 열람 및 다운로드가 가능한 형식으로 제출해야 합니다.

- 열람 또는 다운로드가 불가능한 경우 심사에서 제외됩니다.

- 유튜브 스트리밍 링크 등 다운로드가 불가능한 형태는 제출할 수 없습니다.

- 응모작은 본인이 직접 제작한 순수 창작물에 한하여 출품 가능하며, 타인의 저작권을 침해하지 않아야 합니다.

- 저작권 관련 분쟁 발생 시 모든 책임은 응모자에게 있습니다.

- 대한민국 정부의 해외입국자 운영 방침 및 연수 운영 여건에 따라 우수자 초청 일정 및 규모는 변경될 수 있습니다.

- 수상작의 저작재산권은 세종학당재단에 귀속되며, 수상자는 이에 동의하여야 합니다.

- 재단은 수상작을 홍보, 전시, 출판, 온라인 게시, 2차적 저작물 작성 및 기타 공익적·상업적 목적으로 활용할 수 있으며, 수상자는 이에 대해 이의를 제기하지 않습니다.

Announcement: 2026 Sejong Institute Learners Content Contest

The Sejong Institute Foundation is pleased to announce a global content contest for Sejong Institute learners under the theme “Sejong Institute We Create Together.”

This contest aims to discover and select a representative theme song and symbolic designs for Sejong Institute, which may be used as official content in the future. We encourage all interested learners to participate.

1. Overview

B. Eligibility

All Sejong Institute learners worldwide (individual applicants only)

C. Categories

Applicants may choose ONE category only

1) Brand Song

- A creative audio and video work (30 to 60 seconds) including Korean lyrics

- Submission format: audio file (MP3 or WAV) and video file (MP4)

- Korean lyrics are required

- Any production method is allowed (vocal, instrumental, AI-generated, etc.)

2) Logo

- A visual design representing Sejong Institute

- Submission format: original file (AI) or high-resolution PNG (300 dpi or higher, transparent background)

- Color values (CMYK or RGB) must be included

- Any production method is allowed (digital, hand-drawn, AI-generated, etc.)

3) Mascot

- A character design reflecting the identity of the Foundation

- Submission format: original file (AI) or high-resolution PNG (300 dpi or higher, transparent background)

- Must include a basic version and at least one additional pose

- Any production method is allowed (digital, hand-drawn, AI-generated, etc.)

2. Benefits

- A total of 10 winning entries will be selected

- Winners will be invited to participate in the 2026 Outstanding Learners Training Program in Korea

(October 27 to November 1, 2026)

- Winning entries may be used in official content and promotional materials of the Sejong Institute Foundation

- All works must be original creations by the applicant and must not infringe on any copyrights

- The applicant bears full responsibility for any copyright issues

- The schedule and scale of the training program may change depending on government policies and circumstances

- Copyright of winning entries will belong to the Sejong Institute Foundation

- The Foundation reserves the right to use, modify, publish, and promote winning works for public and commercial purposes without objection from the winners
